Upon recommendation from PC Magazine, in its March 2008 issue that lists the Best Free Software: 157 Hot Apps for Work and Play, I found a reference for w.bloggar to manage you blog posts. I had used Qumana, with varied results; so when I saw this, I thought I would give it a try. I have a problem posting comments with pictures (as you can probably see by the entries I have not yet fixed! Anyway this is a test to see if I can publish words and graphics that play nicely together. When I try to post a graphic, it wants a URL instead of the nice browse feature. Bummer… Also, as I pressed F1 for help, I didn’t get any!
I also could not specify multiple categories. It does have a portable app version that would be nice to run off a flash drive, but I think I might be sticking with Qumana at this point. Qumana does allow the option to browse for a file (but then I get an error when it tries to upload it. Qumana also allows you to manage multiple blogs. I like that! I am getting "Too many tries" on my webserver…what’s up with that????
