I have been delivering my college classes via Zoom for eighteen months, now. I have learned, and am continuing to learn, different tips and tricks to use to make the classes more engaging to better fit student needs.
One of the small, but powerful tips I now incorportate into all of my life more is to Smile!
So, because of this small thing I do with my Zoom classes, I find that I now smile more. I especially smile when I am on my computer — without even thinking that I am smiling. I smile more in my everyday tasks. I have also found that I feel better and happier — because I am smiling.
I hope you will smile more to reap the benefits of this simple, yet powerful, facial expression. When I am in public and wearing my mask, I still smile at people. I hope they can see that in my eyes, and they will smile, too!
