Check out JRuler and JRuler Pro http://www.spadixbd.com/freetools/jruler.htm.
These is a wonderful little tools I use for web design. Sometimes you just need to measure what is on the screen, and these will do that very easily for you! The JRuler Pro even lets you set the ruler at an angle to measure.
I give this two thumbs up!

What’s New in ScribeFire 3.1.2? – ScribeFire: Fire up your blogging
Just right click and your are on your way with posting to your blog (that is once you have it set up)! I have been using my browser of choice (Firefox) for a long time. A friend recommended to try the Add-On of ScribeFire. As you know, I give most every kind of new technology a try; so I went to investigate further. The only thing that I get frustrated with it the fact that sometimes I use a computer that doesn’t have the Add-On! If they are computers under my control, I remedy that right away. I haven’t checked out the QuickAds yet — a way to monetize your blog, but I will probably give that a whirl in the near future so look for it!
Creating VLANs on 29xx Catalyst Switches
Filed Under Networking | Leave a Comment
To create VLANs you must first enter the vlan database command at the privileged exec prompt. That should move you to the Switch(vlan)# prompt. You can then set up your VLANs with the vlan xx name yyyyyy command where xx and yyyyyy are the vlan number and name respectively. See Creating VLANs on Catalyst Switches for more information on assigning ports, etc.
